Frequently asked questions

How do I place an order with you?


We've tried to make ordering fom us nice and easy. Initially all we need is a deposit to get the ball rolling with your order. Here's all you need to know about the order process: STEP 1. Once you've decided what product you'd like, simply select any extra's from the drop down options and click 'PAY DEPOSIT'. STEP 2. Once you’ve paid your deposit we'll be in touch within 1-2 working days with an esimate of your order total cost, plus a little online questionnaire so we can gather all of your customisation details. Simply fill this in and send it back over to us then we'll get started on your digital proof. STEP 3. 2-3 working days after reciving your customisation details you'll recive a digital proof of your order. At this stage you can let us know if there's any changes that you'd like to make, we'll update these on your digital proof and send you an updated version for you to approve. Then once you're 100% happy with your digital proof, you'll sign off your order to go to print. STEP 4. At this stage you'll recive a final invoice for your order, this will need to be paid in full before we send your order off to be printed. STEP 5. Once your order has been paid we'll send your order to print and give you an estimated date that you can expect your order to arrive. STEP 6. Within 2-3 weeks from sending your order to print you'll recive your order - lovingly handcrafted to perfection just for you!




Do you require a minimum quantity?


Yes, we do ask for a minimum order on most of our products. These quanties are listed in the product details of each item.




Do you make bespoke/custom deigns?


Yes we do! As long as you've got bunting in mind, we love creating new designs and are more than happy to work with you to create your unique vision. For more details click here!




I'm not based in the UK, do you ship abroad?


Of course! Once your deposit has been paid and we've got your postage address, we'll pop you over a quote for your full order, including postage for your location.




When should I place my order?


We recommend that you should order your Save the Dates as soon as you're sure of your wedding date. For your Wedding Invitations we'd recommend placing your order no later than 12 weeks before your big day. And for any On-the-Day Stationery such as place cards and your table plan, we'd recommend no later then 4 weeks before the big day. If you need your order in a tighter time frame, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll try our best to fit you in :)




How long does delivery usually take?


The whole order process can take around 3 - 6 weeks. Once you've paid your deposit, we'll get the ball rolling with your design work - this can take anything from a week to a month depending on how many amendments you'd like to make to your digital proof before sending your order to print. Once your order has gone to print it takes us 2 - 3 weeks to hand-craft your order. Then we'll post your order tracked and signed, so that you can keep an eye in it until it arrives at your door - loving packaged and prepared to perfection!
